摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Yiqi Yangxin decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with heart failure and the changes of plasma NT-proBNP levels and cardiac function indexes.Methods:70 cases of chronic heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group each35 cases.The control group was treated with western medicine, the observation group in the control group on the basis of Yangxin Yiqi decoction.The course of treatment was 4 weeks in two groups.Compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups, the changes of plasma NT-proBNP levels and cardiac function indexes before and after treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results:The total efficiency of the observation group (91.43%) was higher than the control group (65.71%) (P<0.05);the two groups of patients after treatment of plasma NT-proBNP decreased (P<0.05);patients in the observation group after treatment of plasma NT-proBNP was lower than the control group (P<0.05);the two groups of patients after treatment of LVEF increased, while LVESD and LVEDD decreased (P<0.05);the observation group after treatment in patients with LVEF was higher than the control group, while LVESD and LVEDD lower than the control group (P<0.05);no obvious adverse reactions were found in the two groups.Conclusion:Yiqi Yangxin decoction combined with western medicine is effective in treating patients with chronic heart failure, and the safety is good, has the vital significance.关键词
