Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on serum tumor markers in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:90 cases of non-small cell lung cancer patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 45 cases in each group, the control group were treated by chemotherapy treatment, observation group were treated with combined therapy of Fuzheng Kang''ai prescription, in the treatment of two groups of patients, after 2 months,4 months and 6 months were to detected statistical changes.Results:The curative effect evaluation showed that the total effective rate of observation group was 93.3%, significantly higher than 71.1% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);two groups after the treatment, CA-125, CEA, NSE and CYFRA21-1 levels were significantly decreased, and the observation group was lower compared to the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of Fuzheng Kang''ai prescription for patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer is worthy of recognition, can significantly reduce the level of serum tumor markers.关键词
