摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of compound capsule on the pre thrombotic state of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:81 cases of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected.According to the random number table method, the patients were randomly divided into observation group of 41 cases, 40 cases in the control group.The control group'' patients were given Seretide inhalation, the observation group'' patients were given Seretide inhalation combined with compound Xueshuantong capsule.After treatment, the correlation detection indexes of the two groups of patients were observed and compared.Results:All indexes of the two groups after treatment decreased, the degree of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Xueshuantong capsule can significantly improve the blood biochemical indexes of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, can significantly improve the prethrombotic state of senile patients.关键词
