摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect on acute pancreatitis patients in acute pancreatitis,abdominal symptoms,biochemical indicators by octreotide with Simotang.Methods:Analyze 100 cases of acute pancreatitis.According to treatment, they were randomized into control group of 50 patients and experimental group of 50 patients.The experimental group were received octreotide with Simotang and control group were given only octreotide, then we observed abdominal symptoms relief time, the returned time of related biochemical indexes and clinical treatment evaluation.Results:The experimental group was better than the control group at the relief time of abdominal pain, bloating, fever, nausea and vomiting,the experimental group was better than the control group at biochemical marker levels such as blood amylase, urine amylase, CRP, TNF-α, IL-4, IL-8, IL-10.The experimental group was better than the control group at clinical treatment evaluation (P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect and patient outcomes can be improved through the therapy by octreotide with Simotang.关键词
