摘要

Abstract

PHA reinforced by β-TCP was researched,and then the PHA/β-TCP composites were blended by double screw extruder.Effect of different content ofβ-TCP on properties of PHA/β-TCP composites was studied,including mechanical properties,surface strength and crystallization properties.The results show that the addition of proper amount ofβ-TCP can improve the tensile strength,melting temperature and relative crystallinity of PHA/β-TCP composites.With adding 20% β-TCP,the fracture strength and yield strength of PHA/β-TCP composites increase by 38.35% and 20.18%,respectively;and the melting temperature increases by 3.23℃,and the relative crystallinity increases by 2.88%.However,after addingβ-TCP,the elongation at break and impact strength of PHA/β-TCP composites decreases gradually,and the toughness of the composites decreases.
