Abstract
According to the actual situation of the current injection mold-base design,the research status of intelligent mold-base design system was analyzed.Aiming at the research shortage in the selecting of the mold-base specification and the thickness of the template parameters,the intelligent selection of the key parameters was realized by the integrated inference mechanism based on CBR and RBR.At the same time,the mold-base intelligent design system was developed based on the NX platform.The system takes into account the different levels of experience of old and new designers,with more friendly interface,it can not only realize the intelligent reasoning in key design parameters of mold-base,but also generate the mold-base automatically.So the accuracy and efficiency of the injection mold-base design is improved.关键词
