汽车仪表板右装饰面板IMD成型模具设计
Design of IMD Mold for Automobile Right Decoration Board
摘要
Abstract
According to characteristics of interior plastic parts and the IMD(In Mold Decoration) process,the IMD mould for a dashboard right panel of an automobile is designed,including the runner system,the exhaust system,the film location system and the seal structure,the demoulding system,and the cooling system.The design is validated by the CAE analysis and the real mould injection.The problems of bad film location and film wrinkle caused by larger product area,surface fluctuation,and height difference are solved.关键词
