摘要

Abstract

The effect of walnut shell powder(WSP) content on the mechanical properties of the composite material was studied.It is found that the elongation at break of the WSP is increased by 15.69% when the optimum content of WSP is about 1%.Based on the optimal dosage,by using titanate,silane coupling agent,eighteen amine and NaOH to treat WSP,then the effect of different surface treatments on PLA/WSP composites was studied.The modification effect was compared by tensile strength,melt flow rate (MFR) and infrared spectrum.The results show that the tensile strength of the composite modified by titanate is 67.82 MPa.Compared with the untreated materials,the tensile strength is increased by 9.80 MPa and the elongation at break is increased by 18.15%.After treated by alkali,the MFR of the composite is increased by 120%.The mobility has been greatly enhanced.
