摘要

Abstract

Objective The nitrogen-doped diamond-like carbon film (DLC ∶ N) was made on Ti6A14V alloy by means of plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) technique,and its biocompatibility researched.Methods The surface morphology,chemical composition and contact angle were characterized by means ofSEM,XPS,Raman Spectrometer and contact angle measuring device.The biological behavior was evaluated by MTT and fluorescent staining.Results The proliferation ofosteoblasts cell on the surface of nitrogen-doped diamond like carbon films (DLC ∶ N) were higher than those of other experimental groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The addition of nitrogen in DLC can enhance its biocompatibility,improve adhesion and proliferation of osteoblast.
