腓骨肌腱滑脱症的手术治疗(附4例报道)
Surgical treatment of the Peroneal tendon subluxation (a report of 4 cases)
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the surgical treatment methods and clinical efficacy of the treatment for the peroneal tendon subluxation.Methods From Oct 2008 to Jun 2015,4 cases of patient with the peroneal tendon subluxation were treated with operation,1 case were treated with modified Watson-Jones and 3 cases were repaired the superior peroneal retinaculum with suture anchor.Results All 4 cases were followed up for 10 to 16 months,average 12 months.According to Mazur's Ankle symptoms and function scoring system,the results were excellent in 3 cases,good in 1 cases,choiceness rate was 100％.There was no infections,skin necrosis,and redislocations occurred.Conclusion The modified WatsonJones and the method of suture anchor were both simple and effective for the peroneal tendon subluxationbe,and the long-term efficacy needs further observation.关键词
