摘要
Abstract
Pedicle screw fixation technique is now widely used in clinic because of its three-columns stable fixation,but once the patients with osteoporosis,the risk of failure of fixation will be greatly increased.For the osteoporotic vertebral body,the technique of bone cement augmented fenestrated pedicle screw is not only convenient,safe,but also can provide stable and lasting fixed.However,it also has unreasonable design,uneven dispersion of bone cement,renovation difficulties,far term efficacy is not clear and other shortcomings.This article will review research progress of bone cement augmented fenestrated pedicle screw technique,including the principle,the biomechanical analysis and clinical application,the bone cement leakage,the advantages and disadvantages.关键词
