摘要

Abstract

Doping ions into hydroxyapatite can synthesize an inorganic composite whose physicochemical and biological properties can be more excellent.This paper summarizes progress of three kinds of divalent cations doped hydroxyapatite on basic properties,in vitro and in vivo biological properties.The biocompatibility,biodegradability and osteoconductivity ofhydroxyapatite were enhanced by doping zinc,magnesium and strontium in vitro.In addition,doping zinc ions increases the performances of hydroxyapatite's anti-inflammatory and antibacterial.Doping strontium ions increases the performances ofhydroxyapatite's mechanical.Zinc,magnesium and strontium,these divalent cations doped hydroxyapatite in vivo experiments showed good bone repair capacity.
