摘要

Abstract

This article expounded the concept,application progress in nursing field,advantages and limitations,expectations of three evaluation methods including:Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE),mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise (Mini-CEX),and 360-degree feedback evaluation method,in order to provide references for the establishment of nursing students' clinical ability evaluation system,and to lay the foundation for cultivating the high-quality nursing talents with development potential.
