Application progress on clinical teaching evaluation in nursing students' clinical nursing ability training
摘要
Abstract
This article expounded the concept,application progress in nursing field,advantages and limitations,expectations of three evaluation methods including:Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE),mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise (Mini-CEX),and 360-degree feedback evaluation method,in order to provide references for the establishment of nursing students' clinical ability evaluation system,and to lay the foundation for cultivating the high-quality nursing talents with development potential.关键词
