基于云平台的精神赡养模式对社区空巢老人轻中度抑郁程度的影响
Effect of spiritual support model based on cloud platform on mild to moderate depression among community empty nests

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the effect of cloud platform based spiritual support model on depression among community empty nests.Methods:A baseline survey was conducted by using Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS) for the elderly from 4 communities in Yueyanglou District in Yueyang city.Through convenient sampling method,80 empty nests were included in this study.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,40 cases in each.The elderly in control group received the traditional community home service model,and the elderly in experimental group received spiritual support model based on cloud platform.After 6 months,the two groups' GDS scores were compared before and after the intervention,and to probe into the object assessment condition of the elderly nests on the spiritual support model based on cloud platform.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in GDS scores between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).The total score of GDS in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05).The results of the assessment on spiritual support model based on cloud platform were better among the elderly in experiment group.Conclusions:The spiritual support model based on cloud platform can effectively improve the depressive symptoms of empty nesters.关键词
