信阳市居家老年人自我护理能力状况及影响因素分析
Analysis of status of self-care ability and influencing factors of elderly people at home in Xinyang City
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the status of self-care ability and main influencing factors of elderly people at home in Xinyang,and to provide basis for improving the pension service system and the rational allocation of health resources.Methods:A total of 432 elderly people who were randomly selected from 6 communities and 4 townships in Xinyang were investigated with self-designed questionnaire.Results:The self-care ability of elderly in Xinyang was in the middle and upper level.Single factor analysis showed that marital status,urban and rural distribution,living style,education level,occupation,with hospital experience or not,and health status could affected self-care ability of elderly.Multivariate analysis showed that the level of education,urban and rural distribution,living style and marital status could affected self-care ability of the elderly.The high education level of elderly had better self-care ability.City elderly had better self-care ability.Conclusion:It should be done to strengthen the responsibility of government,increase public financial investment in rural areas and rural health and improve community functions,so as to provide the conditions for improving the self-care ability of the elderly.关键词
