老年慢性病病人自我感受负担与照顾者负担及其相关性研究
Study on self-perceived burden and burden of caregivers of elderly patients with chronic diseases and their correlation

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the status quo of self-perceived burden and burden of caregivers of elderly patients with chronic diseases in Chengdu,and to explore the correlation between them.Methods:A total of 600 elderly patients with chronic diseases and their primary caregivers in 3 third grade A general hospitals in Chengdu accordance with the inclusion criteria were investigated by using a cross-sectional,multicenter survey and the general information questionnaire,the self-perceived burden scale and the Zarit nursing burden scale.Results:The score of self-perceived burden of elderly patients with chronic diseases was (24.29±7.45),at the mild to moderate level.The score of caregiver''s burden was (27.20±11.89),at moderate level.And the patient''s self-perceived burden score was positively correlated with the caregiver''s burden of care(r=0.568,P<0.01).Conclusion:The elderly patients with chronic diseases had mild and moderate self-perceived burden,and their caregivers also had moderate nursing burden,and they were closely related.Therefore,we should pay more attention to feelings of the patients and their caregivers in nursing work of the elderly patients with chronic diseases,and actively take measures to improve the treatment effect and quality of life of caregivers.关键词
