摘要

Abstract

[Objective]Penicillium chrysogenum is an important fungi,widely used in agriculture,environment,health care,etc,The fermentation conditions exert a great influence on its growth and sporulation.[Methods]The mycelial diameter and sporulation were detected under different culture medium,temperature,pH,light cycle,ultraviolet conditions,then the optimal fermentation conditions of Penicillium chrysogenum was established.[Results]The result showed that the best suitable condition for the growth of P.chrysogenum were SDAY medium,at 25 ℃,pH 7,light period was 24 L,no ultraviolet irradiation.[Conclusion]This study provided a theoretical basis for a large number of production of Penicillium chrysogenum,and laid a foundation for the further development and utilization.
