磁共振DWI成像结合血清肿瘤标志物检测在胰腺癌诊断中的价值及相关性分析
Diagnostic values and correlation between MR diffusion-weighted imaging combined with tumor markers detection in pancreatic carcinoma

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic and correlation value of combined diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI) and the apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC) with high-field magnetic resonance with detection of CA19-9,CA125 and CEA in the patients with pancreatic cancer.Methods:The clinical data of 35 patients with pancreatic cancer were retrospectively reviewed.The routine pancreatic MRI and diffusion-weighted sequences with b=0,600 s/mm2 were performed and detected the levels of serum CA 19-9,CA125 and CEA.The detection results were compared.Results:In the conventional MRI examination, pancreatic cancer showed slightly long T1 long T2 signal intensity.The DWI showed hyper-intensity of the pancreatic carcinoma in all patients,ADC map showed low signal intensity, the ADC value of the pancreatic carcinoma was (1.70±0.49)×10-3mm2/s, 31 cases were diagnosed correctly;Diagnosed correctly of tumor markers combined was 31 cases;Increased tumor markers combined MRI、DWI examination done better than others,improving the diagnosed correctly 33 cases of pancreatic cancer(P<0.05).The ADC was positively correlated to the CA19-9(P<0.05)、CEA(P<0.05) , correlated with CA125(P>0.05).Conclusion:The conventional MRI examination and DWI can clearly display pancreatic lesions,with combined detection of tumor markers can improve the diagnostic rate and have very important value in diagnosis and staging of pancreatic cancer.关键词
