Abstract
Objective:To investigate the mRNA expression and clinical significance of protease activated receptor1(PAR1) and protease activated receptor4(PAR4) in human cervical carcinoma.Methods:84 patients were enrolled in our study.The cervical carcinoma tissues and adjacent normal cervical tissues were collected for RT-PCR and Real-time PCR analysis.Results:The positive expression rates of PAR1 were 63.1% and 21.4% in cervical carcinoma and normal tissues, respectively(P<0.01).The positive expression rates of PAR4 were 72.6% and 29.8% in cervical carcinoma and normal tissues, respectively(P<0.01).Real-time PCR analysis showed that the 2-ΔCt values of PAR1 were 0.61±0.15 and 0.13±0.07 in cervical carcinoma and normal tissues, respectively(P<0.01).The 2-ΔCt values of PAR4 were 0.67±0.17 and 0.21±0.08 in cervical carcinoma and normal tissues, respectively(P<0.01).The mRNA expression of PAR1 and PAR4 was significant related with differentiation,lymphatic metastasis, and clinical pathologic stage in human cervical carcinoma(P<0.05).The mRNA expression of PAR1 was positively related to that of PAR4 (r=0.664,P<0.01).Conclusion:The overexpression of PAR1 and PAR4 have a closed relationship with the development of human cervical cancer.The combined detection of PAR1 and PAR4 might be used as the marks for estimating the prognosis of cervical carcinoma.关键词
