摘要
Abstract
Recurrent implantation failure (RIF) is a hot topic for researches and the challenge of clinical jobs in assisted reproductive technology (ART).It brings heavy economic burden and mental stress to patients.There is no uniform definition of RIF.It is more accurate and comprehensive to define RIF by combination of the number of embryo transfer,number and quality of transferred embryos,and endometrial receptivity.Window of implantation (WOI) is not consistent for different patients.Endometrium is not synchronized with embryonic development can causes RIF.Therefore,individualized embryo transfer is an important method to improve outcomes of patients with RIF.关键词
