Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical application value of three kinds of abdominal access apparatus in single site laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy.Methods:The data of 66 patients with ovarian cyst in Department of Gynecology of Peking Union Medical College Hospital from July 2014 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different abdominal access apparatus used,66 patients were divided into TRIPORT group,SILSPORT group and HangtPORt group.The perioperative complications,hospitalization time,pain,postoperative follow-up time,and time and cost of abdominal access were compared among the three groups.Results:There were no significant differences in perioperative complications,hospitalization time,pain,postoperative follow-up time,and the time of abdominal access (P>0.05).The device cost of HangtPort group was significant less than TRIPORT and SILSPORT group (P=0.019).Conclusions:The three kinds of abdominal access apparatus have similar clinical application value in single site laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy.The price of domestic abdominal access apparatus takes significantly advantage over the others.关键词
