Abstract
Objective:To explore therapeutic effect and possible immunologic mechanism of dydrogesterone combined with progesterone in treatment of the patients with threatened abortion due to luteal insufficiency.Methods:A total of 90 outpatients with threatened abortion due to luteal insufficiency were recruited to this study from March 2015 to January 2016.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,45 subjects for each group.The patients in control group were given 200 mg oral progesterone each time,once daily,while the patients in the observation group were given 10 mg oral dydrogesterone each time,twice daily,on the basis of administration of progesterone.The treatment was terminated until the symptoms were disappeared.The expression levels of Th1 eytokines (IL-2 and TNF-α) and Th2 eytokines (IL-4 and IL-10) in the serum of 90 women with threatened abortion before and after the treatment were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay (ELISA).Results:The effective rate in observation group (86.67%) was significantly higher than that of control group (62.20%) (P<0.05).The therapy time and pain disappeared time in observation group were significantly shorter than that in control group (P<0.05),while the abortion rate in observation group (6.67%) were also significantly lower than that in control group (24.44%)(P<0.05).The expression levels of Th1 eytokines (IL-2 and TNF-α) and Th2 eytokines (IL-4 and IL-10) were significantly elevated after treatment in observation group(all P<0.05).However,the expression levels of Th1 eytokines (IL-2 and TNF-α) was significant decreased after treatment,but the expression levels of Th2 eytokines (IL-4 and IL-10) was not different before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions:The clinical efficacy of threatened abortion with luteal insufficiency is significantly improved by the treatment of dydrogesterone combined with progesterone,which also can significantly correct the pathological Th1/Th2 balance shift.关键词
