摘要
Abstract
It is a common cause of infertility that immune factors involve repeated implantation failure and recurrent abortion.In recent years,it is become a research hotspot that granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) is applied for improving clinical embryo implantation rate,reducing recurrent miscarriage and improving endometrial receptivity.This paper reviews the latest research progress of application of G-CSF in assisted reproductive technology from two aspects of mechanism and clinical application.关键词
