Abstract
The track requirements for high-speed railway are very strict, but track slab settlement occurs from time to time with rapid development of high-speed railway. Based on the project in the section of Zhengzhou-Xuzhou high-speed railway, the cause of displacement and deviation is analyzed and a dual-dimension reset system dealing with settlement and horizontal shift of ballastless track slab is proposed and designed. This system is divided into two parts, the vertical lifting system and the horizontal reset one. The vertical lifting system includes pedestal, distribution girder, suspender and jack while the horizontal system is consisted of horizontal support and jack. The scheme of resetting control unit and synchronizing displacement control are introduced. The unit overlapping and the second loading are employed to solve the impact of the force at the intersecting position of the unit. The displacement synchronous control adopts PLC automatic displacement synchronous control system. Calculating method is proposed to determine the lifting force, the punching shear strength of bottom plate of anchoring part and the local bearing capacity of track slab in the support zone of beam. The scheme is successfully implemented in Zheng-Xu high-speed railway project, which provides a new technical idea for the resetting of railway track slab.关键词
