Abstract
The turnout is the key equipment of rail line. Grooved rail is used on tramway line. The turnout with grooved rail play differs from the common turnout and plays a key role in the engineering of modern tram project. In order to satisfy engineering requirements of Shenyang Modern Tram Project Phase Ⅰ in Hunnan New District, this paper designs No. 6 Simple Turnout with 59R2 grooved rail within the scope of domestic rails based on the analysis of the structure of some turnouts with grooved rail both at home and abroad. In addition, this paper introduces the typical structure with rail-bound switch and integrated high manganese steel frog subject to trail-manufacturing and trail-laying in factory. Such turnout has been put into use with good results. Further optimization and improvement measures are put forward.关键词
