摘要

Abstract

Based on the investigation of washing sits and machines in locomotive depot and EMU depot, the causes impacting the cleaning result are analyzed so as to fulfill auto cleaning and maintain stability and reliability of the washing machines. Water jet proves to be the best method for cleaning large components of locomotive or EMU by comparing different qualities of these cleaning technologies. Measures to fulfill the stability and reliability are provided, which may serve as reference for the development and manufacture of large component washing machines.
