导电性MWCNTs/PA6复合材料制备与性能表征
Fabrication and properties of conductive MWCNTs/PA6 composites

Abstract
In order to improve the conductivity of MWCNTs/PA6 composites, a series of multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs)/polyamide 6 (PA6) composites (the highest mass fraction of MWCNTs up to 10%with high mass fraction) were prepared by melt-blending method. The composites are characterized by using SEM, DSC, TG, XRD and electrical conductivity testing to determine the specific characteristics of the composites. The results show that, the MWCNTs are homogeneously dispersed throughout PA6 matrix. The crystallization be-havior and thermal property as well as crystalline structure of PA6 matrix are changed as the mass fraction of MWCNTs increases. The electrical conductivity of composites reaches 14.29 S/m when the mass fraction of MWCNTs is 10%.关键词
