Abstract

In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional methods of detecting estrogen endocrine disruptors, such as slow response, low detection sensitivity, the preparation of molecular imprinted hybrid materials of estrogen en-docrine disruptors is provided. The graphene molecularly imprinted polymer composite film was successfully pre-pared with graphene oxide as the carrier, and its thickness was about 3.707 nm. FTIR, HRTEM, AFM and other test methods were performed to analyze and characterize it. It was applied to rapid response and high sensitivity detection of estrogen endocrine disruptors in water. The adsorption equilibrium of GO-MIP on 17β-estradiol was about 40 min and the maximum saturated adsorption capacity was 22.69 mg/g. It was confirmed that GO-MIP had a faster effect on 17β-estradiol adsorption efficiency and good adsorption selectivity.
