摘要

Abstract

In orde to find high specific capacity material, high specific capacity LiNi0.80Co0.15Al0.05O2 (NCA)materials as the cathode for lithium ion batteries were synthesized by utilizing different method. The size distribution,SEM, XRD,and electrochemical tests results show that the precursors with uniform size distribution are synthesized using coprecipitation method. After washing and drying,the precursors are mixed with lithium hydroxide at a ratio of 1:1.05,then calcined at 800 ℃for 10-20 h,and natural cooling. The uniform particle size of NCA material with high specific capacity(180 mAh/g)and other excellent performance is obtained.
