摘要

Abstract

The experiments ofsynthesizing natural gas from coke oven gas by methanation using the low temperature heat exchange process in a pilot plant with the capacity of 2000m3/h for 1000h operation were introduced. Experimental results showed that the conversions of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in export gas reached 99.9% and 97.0%, respectively, through the novel process of combining the adiabatic reactor, cold shock chamber and heat exchange reactor. The process was simple and the operation was stable. At the same time, the Ni-based methanation catalyst exhibited good activity and selectivity, and kept good stability after opening and stopping several times.
