摘要

Abstract

Due to the development of condensate gas field, wellhead gas-liquid transportation, pipeline transportation at gas gathering are usually adopted. As the condensate after separation contains saturated dissolved gas, during transmission process, because of the pressure reducing, light hydrocarbon and natural gas are separated gradually. To avoid air resistance, which may result in larger differential pressure for condensate pipeline and abnormal operation due to overpressure at starting section, pigging, injection replacement or changing terminal pressure are used to relieve the differential pressure from increasing in short time;by establishing new process for flashing, gas boosting and crude oil pump flow, the issue of large differential pressure for condensate pipeline can be solved effectively. Yet, as new compressor is coming with high investment and operation and maintenance costs at later stage, it is not implemented temporarily;oil pump and oil pipelines can be set up at the surrounding stable condensate site to connect the outlet of condense at gathering station to enhance the output of condensate pipeline and effectively solve the issue of high differential pressure for condensate.
