Abstract
LNG is a low-temperature, volatile hydrocarbon mixture. For the sake of fairness, LNG international trade uses energy as the final account basis. So obtaining accurate delivery volume and component data is the basis of trade handover. Firstly, the paper introduces the procedures of LNG custody transfer, and analyzes the factors affecting the smooth transfer of trade from the technical level, which mainly includes the applicability test of pre-discharge measurement equipment, sample collection process, analysis procedures and sample analysis standards, etc. Secondly, combined with the common issues such as pressure control of different types of ships, dispute resolution of sampling and analysis, the paper puts forward solutions and suggestion for development based on national conditions, which can provide reference for other receiving terminals.关键词
