摘要
Abstract
At present, oil and gas pipeline in China are numerous and pipeline accidents which were caused by a variety of adverse factors happened frequently. Due to the oil and gas running in pipelines with inflammable, explosive, poisoning and corrosive medium, the leakage and fire explosion accident will make serious impact to oil and gas pipeline enterprise and even lead to a major accident if it is not rescued rapidly, carefully and skillfully. The emergency rescue system that is built through risk and hazardous assessment, emergency resource investigation, contingency plan preparation and implementation, and strengthening emergency management is not only the requirement of safety management but also of great significance for the reduction of accident loss to oil and gas pipeline enterprises undoubtedly.关键词
