The discussing of normal distribution and log value in geochemical exploration
摘要
Abstract
The view of many macroelements being normal distribution and trace elements being lognormal distribution has been applying in research and production of geochemical exploration for a long time.Getting anomaly threshold using log transformation and setting color levels using log value space are also based on the theory.In actual work ,the appreances of geochemical elements are not normal distribution.Anomaly threshold through log is higher and color value is unreasonable.By utilizing computing and visual technologhy and basing on mass data ,the researching about statistics distribution and anomaly threshold has been done in this paper.The result is the geochemical element data don''t have normal distribution and the high anomaly value coming from the misusing of log transfer.关键词
