Recent Developments of Terahertz Detection andCommunications Technologies
摘要
Abstract
This paper reviews the state-of-the-art in terahertz (THz) technologies,and summarizes several important future directions mainly based on worldwide development trends.It focuses on several key THz technologies,including THz source,THz transmission and THz detection.Several promising THz application areas are also discussed,such as astronomy,nondestructive test,life sciences,safety and high-speed communication.Based on the given summary,certain prospective research directions in the field are identified.关键词
