低速Xeq+与Mo表面作用产生的Xe M X射线
Xe M X rays emission from slow highly charged Xeq+ ions interacting with Mo surface
摘要
Abstract
X-rays originating from the interaction of Xe q+ (q=26 ,28 ,29 ,30) ions with Mo surfaces have been measured in the energy range of 350~600keV by using a Si(Li) detector . Due to the effect of ion's charge state , binding energy of electrons of target atom , energy threshold of the detector and the Be window attenuation factor , the X-rays emission from hollow atom of Xeq+ (q=28 ,29 ,30) neutralization process below Mo surface , resulting the peak position were 1.572 ,1.592 ,1.611 keV in the X-ray spectrum . The X-ray yield has no obvious relation with ions kinetic energy but along with the increase of ion's M shell holes number increased significantly .关键词
