铜或锌胁迫对小麦根中抗氧化系统的影响
Effects of copper or zinc stress on antioxidant system in wheat roots
摘要
Abstract
In order to investigate the effects of heavy metals on antioxidant enzyme activity in w heat roots , Triticum aestiv um L is selected and cultivated in nutrient solution containing different concentration of Cu or Zn . The results show that two heavy metals accelerate the contents of OH · ,H2 O2 and MDA to certain extent .O· -2 content increases first and then declines with Cu treament ,while it increases constantly with Zn treament . Cu treatment leads to increasing on SOD activity and the result show s the trend of POD activity first increases and then decreases . The SOD activity increases first then declines , while POD activity is inhibited significantly under Zn stress . The trend of CAT activity decreases with different degree under Cu or Zn stress . The results indicate that the Cu or Zn stress have different effects on antioxidant enzyme activity in w heat roots , in order to eliminate the accumulated ROS in roots and alleviate the damage by heavy metals .关键词
