民族村寨旅游地居民社区权能感知测度与优化对策 ——以贵州省西江苗寨和天龙屯堡为例
Perception measure and optimization countermeasure of residents' community empow erment in ethnic tourism village —A case of Miao Village of Xijiang and Tianlong Town in Guizhou Province

Abstract
Taking the Xijiang Miao Village and Tianlong Town in Guizhou Province as the typical ethnic tourism villages , this paper develops a scale to measure the community empowerment perception of ethnic village residents under the government and business-dominated model , w hich covers three facets of individual , organization and community , and involves 12 dimensions and 37 indexes of economic , political ,social ,psychological ,cultural and environmental empowerment . The results show that the measure value of community economic dispowerment , political dispowerment , psychological empowerment , social disempowerment , cultural disempowerment and environmental empowerment of community empowerment perception is larger under the government-dominated model , and the one of community economic empowerment , political empowerment , psychological empowerment , social empowerment , cultural empowerment and environmental empowerment of community empowerment perception is larger under the business-dominated model . The optimization countermeasures are proposed in order to provide the theoretical basis for reflecting truly the situation of residents benefit of ethnic tourism community and for improving the quality and effectiveness of tourism accurate poverty alleviation .关键词
