体外受精-胚胎移植术后宫内外同时妊娠32例临床分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the incidence rate,risk factors,diagnosis,treatment methods and prognosis of heterotopic pregnancy(HP).Methods:We restrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 32 patients with HP in Gynecology Department of our hospital from Jan.2013 to Dec.2015.Resluts:The rate of HP after in vitro fertilization and embryotransfer(IVF-ET) was 1.54% (32/2076).All patients were transferred 2 embryoes.The rate of patients with tubal diseases was 71.88%(23/32).The diagnostic accurate rate of HP by transvaginal ultrasound was 84.38%(27/32).The intrauterine pregnancy in 29 patients were reserved,and 24 patients had pre-term or in-term delivery.The total successful pregnancy rate was 82.76%.The successful pregnancy rate in conservative observation group,fetal reduction group,laparoscopic surgery group and laparotomy group was 80.00%(4/5)、100%(3/3)、83.33%(5/6)、80.00%(12/15),respectively.The intrauterine pregnant outcomes were not significantly different among the 4 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tubal diseases and IVF-ET were the main risk factors of HP,and transvaginal ultrasound was the most important examination method.Laparoscopic surgery is the first line therapeutic method.The prognosis of HP was not bad.关键词
