The expression and clinical significance of Ets-1 in endometrial carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression of Ets-1 in endometrial carcinoma tissues,the relationship between Ets-1 and clinical stage,pathological grading and typing of endometrial carcinoma.Methods:The expression of Ets-1 was detected in endometrial carcinoma and normal endometrium using imunohistochemical sp method and fluorescence in situ hybridization.Results:The positive expression of Ets-1 protein in endometrial carcinoma rate was 88.8%,was higher than normal endometrial tissue.The expression of Ets-1 in endometrial carcinoma was correlated with clinicopathological stage,muscular layer infiltration and pathological grading (P<0.05).Conclusion:Ets-1 is closely related to clinical stage,pathological grading and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma.关键词
