摘要
Abstract
Based on the UAT data hnk transmitting TIS-B and FIS-B message,the algorithm is proposed for formulating the time resources and setting the transmitting windows and slots for transmitting ground uplink messages.The algorithm focus on the distribution of time period,configuring the transmitting window,setting the rotation and offset of transmitting window.The theoretical analyzing and the project application demonstrate that the algorithm is completely satisfied the requirement,and it improves the realtime and dynamic performance.关键词
