水中总氮的测定方法改进研究
Improvement on Determination Method of Total Nitrogen in Water
摘要
Abstract
This paper established a new method of determining total nitrogen in water by HACH gent tube and COD digestion heater instead of color-comparison tubes and high-pressure steam sterilization pot in national standard method.The best condition of the total nitrogen determination is analyzed by means of HACH improvement method.The results shows that the optimal usage of alkaline potassium sulfate is 2 mL, and the optimal time and temperature of digestion of 5 mL water sample are 30 min and 150 ℃, respectively.The standard curve of linear equation is good with correlation coefficient of 0.9994, and the method is precise and accurate.This improvement method is more simple, rapid and cost-saving compared with the national standard method, and worth of popularization and application value in water sample monitoring.关键词
