Reflection on Applied Talents Training for Electronic Information Speciality
摘要
Abstract
Electronic information is a highly theoretical and practical specialty.In view of the problems existing in the application-oriented talents training in the optoelectronic information specialty, five measurements were proposed, including the application of the talent training plan, the application of the teaching staff, the application of the teaching content, the application of practical teaching and the application of scientific research promoting teaching.The implementation of these measurements is conducive to the development of electronic information speciality so as to meet the future needs of the development of inter-disciplinary talents, and provide the reserve of talents for the healthy and sustainable development of the electronic information industry, and it is of great significance for the improvement of the quality of the talents for the local economic development.关键词
