玻璃化冷冻对小鼠卵母细胞超微结构的影响
Effects of vitrification on ultrastructure of mouse oocytes
摘要
Abstract
Ultrastructural changes were observed in vitrified-thawed mouse oocytes by transmission electron microscopy to explore the damage mechanism of vitrification.It was found that no obvious changes were found in exposed group except a few mitochondrion damaged,becoming coarse and vague.Ultrastructural damages were found in oocytes of vitrified group,including disintegration of the intermediate filaments in the ooplasm,some microvillis shortened even disappeared,mitochondrion became coarse and vague,the number of cortical granules decreased,the zona pellucida was vague,and some places cracked,plenty of vacuoles occured in the ooplasm,coupling with mitochondriavacuole complex.The results suggested that vitrified damages of mouse oocytes were mainly caused by the mechanical injury in the process of vitrification.关键词
