奶牛阴道分泌物中枯草芽孢杆菌的分离鉴定及抑菌效果分析
Isolation and identification of Bacillus subtilis in the vaginal secretion of dairy and its antibacterial effect
摘要
Abstract
One bacterial strain was isolated from the vaginal secretion of dairy and determined to be Bacillus based on morphological observation,physiological and biochemistry reactions.Further the isolate Y4 was identified to be Bacillus subtilis according to 16S rRNA gene sequencing and homology analysis.The identity of 16S rRNA gene sequence is up to 99.6％ with that of B.subtilis published on GenBank.The antibacterial assay showed that Y4 has better antibacterial effect for Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus.This experiment provides the foundation for devlopment of the probiotics used for treatment of genital tract diseases in dairy.关键词
