鸡胚卵黄囊膜血管缺血模型的建立与研究
Establishment and study of chick embryo yolk sac membrane vascular ischemia model

Abstract
Objective To explore the changes in chick embryo vessel after the ligation of right abdominal aortic vessel of chick embryo yolk sac membrane and provide study model and theoretical basis for the study on revascularization and ischemia reperfusion.Methods Fertilized Roman chick embryos were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The right abdominal aortic vessels of the chick embryos in the experiment group were ligated,while those in the control group were not ligated.Real-time shooting was conducted on the chick embryos in the two groups under the same incubation conditions.Images were processed with Photoshop (software).The changes in the length,angle and density of vessels in the two groups were analyzed with Image J (software).Results Chick embryo outshell model and vascular ischemia model were effectively established and outshell real-time shooting realized.After the ligation of right abdominal aortic vessel of chick embryo yolk sac membrane,the vessels on ligation side had congestion and degeneration;with the increase of incubation time (six hours later),the vessels on not ligated side were longer than those in the control group,and the angular deflection was significant (P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the changes in vessel density on the not ligated side in the experiment group had no statistical significance (P > 0.05).Conclusion The directed growth of vessels can be controlled in chick embryo yolk sac membrane vessels.The ligation of chick embryo yolk sac membrane vessels can be used as a convenient and effective method to establish ischemia study model;under ischemic and anoxic conditions,the growth speed and direction of vessels will have significant changes.关键词
