摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the changes in the neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR) and its correlation with serum prostate specific antigen (PSA) level and international prostate symptom score (Ⅰ-PSS) in patients treated with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) enucleation. Methods 50 patients treated with BPH enucleation were selected as a study group and 30 healthy physical examination volunteers as a control group. The NLR,serum PSA level,Qmax, postvoid residual (PVR) and other indexes were detected and compared between the two groups. The correlation between NLR and PSA level and Ⅰ-PSS,Qmax and PVR in the study group was analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the preoperative Qmax in the study group decreased, while PSA level,NLR,Ⅰ-PSS and PVR increased (P < 0.05).Compared with preoperative values, the Qmax three days and three months after the operation increased, while PSA level,NLR,Ⅰ-PSS and PVR decreased (P < 0.05).The preoperative PSA level in the study group ≥2.5 ng/ml,Qmax < 25 ml/s,Ⅰ-PSS ≥ 20 points,PVR ≥ 50 ml;the patients' NLR is relatively high(P < 0.05);the NLR was correlated to Qmax, serum PSA level,Ⅰ-PSS and PVR (P < 0.05).Conclusion The NLR of BPH patients is closely correlated to serum PSA level,Ⅰ-PSS,Qmax,PVR and other indexes. The detection of NLR may be used for evaluating BPH patients' preoperative conditions and guiding clinical treatment.关键词
