摘要
Abstract
Objective To study and analyze the effects of modified rhytidectomy with concealed incision of temporal cheek in face-lifting in senile patients.Methods A total of 100 patients to receive rhytidectomy in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group (n=50,respectively).The control group received traditional rhytidectomy,while the experimental group received modified rhytidectomy with concealed incision of temporal cheek.The complications and rhytidectomy effects between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The incidence (4.00％) of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that (30.00％) in the control group (P ＜ 0.05);the excellent rate (98.00％) of rhytidectomy effects was significantly higher than that (72.00％) in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Modified rhytidectomy with concealed incision of temporal cheek can effectively improve the excellent rate of rhytidectomy effects and reduce complications and has high application value.关键词
