摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the effects of different cleaning and disinfection methods in cleaning and disinfection of operation platform in treatment room and provide theoretical basis for reasonable selection of disinfection method and reduction of nosocomial infection risk.Methods Liquid mixing operation platforms in treatment rooms of room in general wards were selected as study subjects and were respectively disinfected with clear water,chlorine disinfection,alcohol and disposable quaternary ammonium disinfectant wipes.The disinfected platforms were sampled to detect the count of bacterial colonies and calculate and compare the disinfection rates among the four groups.Results The disinfection rates in the four groups were 19.36%,96.62%,95.92% and 96.88%,respectively.The disinfection rate in the clear water group was significantly lower than that in the other three groups (P <0.01),while there was no significant difference among the other three groups (P > 0.05).Conclusion Cleaning of the operation platform in the treatment room only with clear water cannot achieve effective disinfection effect,thus the further clinical use of clear water is not recommended.Disposable quaternary ammonium disinfectant wipes are effective,efficient,and safe,more in line with the requirements of modem nursing and recommended for clinical application.
