Parametric Analysis and Experimental Study on Axial Stiffness of Twisted Tube
摘要
Abstract
Finite element analysis software was used to optimize axial stiffness of the twisted tube.The effects of structural parameters (h,n,and t) on axial stiffness were investigated.The results show that the change of geometrical structure has a great effect on the stiffness and compared with straight pipe,the stiffness value is greatly reduced.The correlation of axial stiffness weakening coefficient and structural parameters (h,n,and t) was obtained by fitting the results.The reliability of the correlation was verified by experimental study.Which provides date support for the tubesheet design of twisted tube heat exchanger.关键词
